Maria Hernandez, 64, of East Palo Alto, California, passed away on May 5, 2026.

Maria was deeply caring and dedicated her life to her family. She loved taking care of the people around her and found joy in spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also loved shopping, caring for her plants and flowers, and always took pride in getting ready each day with her makeup done and looking her best.

A devoted Catholic, Maria’s faith remained an important part of her life throughout the years.

She is survived by her loving husband, Samuel; her daughters, Nora and Mina; her son, Juvenal; and her 10 beloved grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew her.
