Remembering Jeffery Cole Williams

1952 - 2025

Jefferey Cole Williams was born in Chicago, Illinois to Huntley ans Ernestine in 1952. He was the second son of five and one of seven children. He graduated from Thornton Ridge High School.

He relocated to California in 1997, where he met his wife. He started his own business, C. Williams Plumbing. His business was thriving until his health started to decline.

Mr. Williams was a part of many auxiliaries at St John Missionary Baptist Church of East Palo Alto, including Layman President, Mass Choir, Men's Choir, Church Janitor and Plumber. He loved to fish and sponsored annual fishing events to fellowship with other men in the church.

He is the father of three daughters: Machelle Van, Ramona Van and Tina (Jermaine) Evans. He also has bonus children: Laviennia and Richard Nelson, Shawn Hall, Lakenya Hall, Tanika Shepherd, and Ericka and Richard Mitchell. He has seventeen grandchildren: Demetrius Perry, Antawn Thigpen, Mahlya Johnson, Donald Johnson II, Mirage Jackson, Corena Lawson, Elijah Lawson, Christopher Costello, Justin Shepherd, Marciesha Fletcher, Quincy Fletcher, Intrigue and Abraham Mo'ran, Trevaughn Jackson, Jaylen Jackson and Jakayla Jackson, and Evie; Great-grandfather to Bryson, Alexio, Mateo, Riley, Kentre, Giovanni, Kaylani.

Mr. Williams leaves behind his wife, Sharon; siblings: Angela Buckley, Timothy Williams, Alfred Williams, Gail Williams and Huntley and Sherry Williams; his brother Bruce, preceded him in death. He is further survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
